I have Bachelor in Biology (Universidade Federal do Parana), MsC in Entomology (Universidade de Sao Paulo) and PhD in Entomology (Universidade Federal do Parana/Ludwig Maximillians Universität). Part of my PhD was developed in Prof. Susanne Renners lab in Munich, Germany. In Brazil I have been part of Prof. Gabriel Melo’s lab (UFPR)  and Prof. Isabel Alves dos Santos lab (USP) In also have spent a few months as a research fellow at Instituto Nacional de Pesquisa da Amazonia, Manaus, Brazil (2009-2010) and as a technician at Entomological Collection Pe. Jesus Santiago Moure (2006-2007) and as a pos doc at Botany Department of Universidade Federal do Parana (2015-2017). Currently I am associate researcher at Universidade de Brasilia, Brasilia, Brazil.
